En pleines vacances, que nous vous souhaitons bonnes, mon cher et estimé Professeur Alioune Sall et moi-même, avons l’immense plaisir de porter à votre connaissance que la maison d’édition l’Harmattan, nous a confié la direction d’une collection qui porte le nom de “ Les Afriques de demain “. Elle a pour objet de publier des auteurs Africains et non Africains travaillant sur l’Afrique. Cette collection vise à promouvoir les travaux axés sur l’analyse des. Transformations que connaît l’Afrique pour en dégager les inflexions majeures et les ruptures fondamentales, identifier les facteurs et les acteurs du changement, et mettre en exergue la prospective des stratégies de développement pouvant permette aux États et aux Peuples du Continent de lutter contre les nouvelles générations d’insécurité, de risques et de guerres. Le champs d’action de la collection couvre les questions économiques, sociétales et géostratégiques, les sciences politiques, l’histoire et les problématiques de nature culturelle et civilisation elle. Dans ce cadre, en tant que chercheurs et experts membres du Réseau International et continental de l’Université Ouverte de Dakhla Alioune Sall et moi-même vous sollicitons des propositions individuelles ou collectives sur l’Afrique. Par votre accompagnent de cette initiative d’intérêt général vous serez toutes et tous les acteurs de la valorisation de cette fenêtre d’opportunité d’une réelle utilité et d’une importance pour la diffusion de la connaissance et du savoir sur l’Afrique et au service de l’Afrique.

وتهدف هذه السلسلة نشر أعمال مؤلفين أفارقة وغير أفارقة مهتمين بإفريقيا، وذلك بهدف المساهمة في تطوير الأبحاث والدراسات المرتبطة بتحليل التحولات التي تعرفها إفريقيا بغية تحديد التغييرات الرئيسية ورصد القطائع الضرورية، وتحديد عوامل التغيير والجهات الفاعلة فيه، وكذا تسليط الضوء على آفاق استراتيجيات التنمية التي بإمكانها أن تسمح لدول وشعوب القارة التصدي للأجيال الجديدة من المخاطر والحروب.

وتغطي هذه السلسلة عدة مجالات تهم القضايا الاقتصادية، والاجتماعية، والجيواستراتيجية، والعلوم السياسية، والتاريخ، والقضايا ذات الطبيعة الثقافية والحضارية.

وفي هذا السياق، وبصفتكم باحثين وخبراء وأعضاء في الشبكة الدولية والقارية للجامعة المفتوحة للداخلة، نود، أنا والأستاذ عليون سال، أن تساهموا مشكورين في هذه السلسلة بمقترحات فردية أو جماعية حول إفريقيا، على أن تكون المخطوطات المقترحة كلما أمكن باللغة الفرنسية، إما بحجم صغير 13.5 سم × 21.5 سم، أو بحجم كبير 15.5 سم × 24 سم، وإرسالها عبر صيغة Word.

وانسجاماً مع « روح الداخلة »، كما كان زميلنا الراحل العزيز كزافييه ريشي يدعو اليه، فمن خلال مساهماتكم، ستكونون جميعكم فاعلون مباشرون في إنجاح هذه المبادرة، التي نعتبرها نافذة سانحة ومفيدة وذات أهمية حقيقية لنشر الفكر والمعرفة في إفريقيا، حول إفريقيا، وخدمة لإفريقيا.

Dear respected colleagues and friends,

In this holidays season, my dear and esteemed Professor Alioune Sall and I, hope you have a nice and wonderful vacation and we are pleased to announce that the publishing house l’Harmattan, has entrusted us with the direction of a collection that bears the name of « The Africas of tomorrow« .

This collection aims to publish African and non-African authors work on Africa. It aims to promote work focused on the analysis of the transformations that Africa is undergoing in order to identify the major inflections and fundamental ruptures, to identify the factors and actors of change, and to highlight the prospective of development strategies that can enable the States and Peoples of the Continent to fight against the new generations of insecurities, risks and wars. The scope of the collection covers economic, societal and geostrategic issues, political science, history and cultural and civilizational issues.

In this context, as researchers and experts members of the international and continental network of the Open University of Dakhla, Prof. Alioune Sall and I, are soliciting individual or collective proposals on Africa. Manuscripts should preferably be in French language, either in small format of 13.5cm x 21.5 cm, or in large format of 15.5 cm x 24 cm, to be sent in Word version.

In accordance with the « spirit of Dakhla », as our dear late Professor Xavier Richet likes to say, by your contribution to the success of this initiative, you will all be actors of the valorization of this window of opportunity of great utility and real importance for the dissemination of knowledge and learning in Africa, on Africa and in the service of Africa.
