de Recherches et de Formation en Intelligence Economique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans le cadre des activit\u00e9s de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Ouverte de Dakhla, le Forum des Associations Africaines d\u2019Intelligence Economique a organis\u00e9 sa 4<sup>e<\/sup> \u00e9dition, sous le <strong>Haut Patronage de Sa Majest\u00e9 le Roi Mohammed VI<\/strong> les 7 et 8 d\u00e9cembre 2023 \u00e0 Dakhla sous le th\u00e8me : \u00ab Les nouveaux territoires de l\u2019intelligence \u00e9conomique en Afrique et dans le Monde \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c0 l\u2019issu de cette rencontre, les Pr\u00e9sidents du Consortium strat\u00e9gique des professionnels de l\u2019Intelligence Mr Paul Santilli, dont le si\u00e8ge est \u00e0 San Antonio au Etats unis, de l&rsquo;Association Internationale Francophone d&rsquo;Intelligence \u00c9conomique Mr Philippe Clerc dont le si\u00e8ge est \u00e0 Paris en France et du Forum des Associations Africaines d&rsquo;Intelligence \u00c9conomique, Mr Driss Guerraoui dont le si\u00e8ge est \u00e0 Dakhla au Maroc ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de la cr\u00e9ation du Centre International de Recherches et de Formation en Intelligence \u00c9conomique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les missions de ce centre constituent \u00e0 mener des \u00e9tudes et des activit\u00e9s d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat commun aux 3 institutions, promouvoir et d\u00e9velopper des projets en intelligence \u00e9conomique, organiser des cycles de formations en vue de renforcer les capacit\u00e9s des entreprises, des territoires et des administrations centrales et locales en Afrique et dans le Monde en mati\u00e8re d\u2019intelligence \u00e9conomique, partager l\u2019expertise et \u00e9changer les informations et la documentation entre les membres des 3 organisations, et d\u00e9velopper des partenariats entre le centre Internationale de Recherche et de Formation en Institutions publiques et priv\u00e9es, gouvernementales et non gouvernementales, locales nationales et internationales, sollicitant l\u2019expertise, les savoirs et les savoir-faire du centre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il est \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser que les 3 organisations en convenu conjointement de faire de Dakhla le si\u00e8ge du Centre International de Recherches et de Formation en Intelligence Economique et de l\u2019\u00e9riger en p\u00f4le d\u2019excellence en mati\u00e8re d\u2019intelligence
